Pamela Forde is Head of Operations, overseeing investment and fund operations and key change projects. She joined the firm in 2024 after spending 12 years with RBC Brewin Dolphin and brings over 25 years’ experience across UK and Irish financial services, including earlier roles with Harbourmaster Capital (now part of Blackstone), BNY, and Bank of Ireland Securities Services.
Pamela has a strong focus on developing people, improving processes, and third‑party oversight. She holds MSc in Investment & Treasury from Dublin City University, a Bachelor of Commerce from NUI Galway, and the CISI Investment Operations Certificate.
