Gale joined McInroy & Wood in July 2023 as Head of Legal & Compliance for McInroy & Wood Portfolios Limited. A qualified Scottish solicitor since 2010, she has spent her career in financial services, advising on a broad range of legal, regulatory and compliance matters. Her expertise includes anti money laundering, financial crime prevention, CASS and regulatory change management. Before joining the firm, Gale held senior legal and regulatory roles at abrdn, DLA Piper, Burness Paull and Standard Life.
