Aaron joined McInroy & Wood in 2022 and is based in the Haddington office as an investment manager, having initially joined the firm as an investment analyst. He plays an active role in researching and analysing current holdings as well as exploring potential investment opportunities, with particular interests in European and small-cap companies. Prior to joining the firm, Aaron was a corporate finance analyst at Gneiss Energy, where he worked within the infrastructure and energy services team. Aaron qualified as a CFA® charterholder in 2024 and earned a first-class MA (Hons) in Finance from Heriot-Watt University.
