Samuel is Head of Risk at McInroy & Wood, having joined the firm in 2023. He oversees risk across the firm, providing independent challenge and supporting strong governance and decision-making.
Samuel began his career with Deloitte in external audit before moving into internal audit at TSB Bank. He went on to work in KPMG’s Risk Consulting practice, advising financial services clients on risk management and control frameworks, before holding an Internal Audit role at Baillie Gifford.
He is a Chartered Accountant (CA), a member of ICAS and the Institute of Internal Auditors, and holds a BEng (Hons) in General Engineering from the University of Leicester.
